About Pat Helgemo
My Real Estate career began on Long Island, New York in 1973. There I worked for a small Real Estate office in Brentwood and sold single family homes. Later I worked for a developer of single family homes on the Great South Bay, called Great Bay Estates.
In 1985, I relocated to Edgewater, New Jersey and became licensed. There I worked for a large Real Estate office in Fort Lee. I was involved in selling condominiums and co-cops in addition to single family homes.
In 1989, I once again relocated, this time to Melbourne Beach, Florida. I immediately took a real Estate course and was licensed in August 1989. Working in Florida was a new experience, with almost every day of sunshine and an office directly on the Ocean.
Moving forward to 1995, I ended up in Ormond Beach and have been involved in all types of Real Estate transactions. I treat my customers as I would want to be treated, with courtesy and honesty. As a Realtor, I listen to what my customers want and work until I find the right property. In turn, I have made a great number of friends and enjoy a wonderful referral business from them. I look forward to many more years of doing what I like best.
