CENTURY 21 Sundance Realty offers a full service rental management division, handling both vacation and long term rentals in both Volusia and Flagler Counties.  Our staff includes two professional, licensed Rental Managers:  Terri Hewitt and Gary Stewart with over 20 years of combined experience specializing in rentals.  Terri Hewitt also holds her Florida C.A.M. (Community Association Management) license.  Terri Hewitt handles our rentals located in Ormond Beach, Ormond By The Sea, Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. Schedule minimum of annual interior and exterior inspection with photos.    x
